Open Play is the easiest way to meet new people and get lots of games in at Peak Time Pickleball. You sign up for a session, rotate onto courts with other players, and play game after game — no need to bring a full group. Here’s how to find the session that fits you.
How Open Play works
- Sign up for a session on CourtReserve or call the front desk at (704) 281-8564.
- Visitors pay $10–$15 per session. Members get free Open Play sessions, depending on their plan.
- Players rotate between courts so everyone gets plenty of games.
Know your level
Most sessions are grouped by skill rating, so the games stay fun and competitive. Pickleball ratings usually run from about 2.0 (new players) to 5.0+ (advanced). If you have a DUPR rating, use it. No rating yet? Come get your Peak Time club rating at our Club Rating Sessions, every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. You’re also always welcome at our All Skill Levels Open Play, which is open to every player with no rating required.
