Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a membership to play at Peak Time?
No. Guests are welcome to book courts, join Open Play, and participate in clinics or leagues at standard rates. Members receive discounted pricing, priority booking, and member-only benefits.
Is Peak Time climate controlled?
Yes. 19 indoor courts across 78,000 sq ft, fully climate controlled year-round. Plus a performance gym, recovery sauna, and on-site bar.
How do I book a court?
Use “Book a Court” on our website or log into CourtReserve. All reservations must be prepaid.
How much does it cost to rent a court?
Pricing varies by membership level, time of day, and court type. Live pricing is available on CourtReserve.
What is Open Play?
Register and rotate in with players of similar skill. A great way to get competitive games without organizing a group.
What skill levels do you offer?
Structured programming by rating level — beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Some sessions track DUPR ratings.
What is your cancellation policy for court rentals?
Cancellations made online at least 24 hours in advance receive full account credit. After the deadline, cancellations are not eligible for credit.
What is your cancellation policy for clinics and lessons?
24+ hours notice: account credit issued. Less than 24 hours: no refund or credit. All cancellations must be processed through CourtReserve.
Do you offer beginner lessons?
Yes. Structured Beginner Clinics, our Peak Starter series, and private lessons help new players learn fundamentals and build confidence.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes. Private and semi-private lessons are available through CourtReserve. You may request specific focus areas during registration.
Do you host leagues and tournaments?
Do you offer corporate or group events?
Absolutely. Corporate team-building, birthday parties, client appreciation, school & community events, and charity tournaments. Complete our Custom Request Form.
Do you have parking?
Yes. Ample, free on-site parking with easy highway access near Uptown and South End.
Do I need to check in when I arrive?
Yes. All players must check in at the front desk before entering courts. Download the CourtReserve app for faster barcode check-in.
Do you rent paddles?
Yes. Paddle rentals are available. We also have a fully stocked Pro Shop with demo paddles and premium equipment.
Do you have training courts or ball machines?
Yes. Dedicated training courts (multi-ball allowed) and ball machine courts are available for booking.
What is the maximum number of players per court?
Maximum 6 players per rented court.
Can I book the entire facility?
Yes. Partial and full facility rentals are available with deposit. See Special Events for pricing.
Do you have showers and locker facilities?
Yes. Restroom and shower facilities are available. Members also enjoy access to our sauna for recovery and relaxation.
