THE CIRCUIT – Strength + Conditioning

The Circuit is our signature full-body training experience built around structured weekly progressions, not random workouts. Each day follows a targeted body section focus, so you’re not just working hard, you’re actually getting better. Every session blends strength training with high-energy conditioning to help you build muscle, burn fat, and move with purpose. Expect a mix of controlled strength work, fast-paced circuit stations, and a relentless finisher that pushes your limits.

Whether you’re here to get stronger, leaner, or just outwork your old self, The Circuit delivers.

Format includes:

  • Dynamic warm-up & activation
  • Focused strength block
  • Multi-station conditioning circuit
  • High-intensity finisher
