About This Event

Peak Pickleball Lab (Speed & Court Coverage) is a sports performance program designed specifically for pickleball players who want to move faster, cover more court, and stay effective throughout long rallies and matches, without beating up their knees, hips, or ankles.

Pickleball is deceptively demanding, with short bursts, constant change of direction, wide reaches, and quick recoveries. Most players don’t lose points because of poor shot selection; they lose points because their body can’t get them where they need to be in time. This Lab addresses that problem directly.

In this 3-week Lab, we train the specific movement qualities that pickleball demands:

  • First-Step Quickness
    • Getting out of neutral faster so you’re not reacting late.
  • Acceleration & Deceleration
    • Moving wide and stopping under control, without stressing your joints.
  • Efficient Change of Direction
    • Recover back to position instead of scrambling.
  • Balance and Body Control in Athletic Positions
    • Especially when reaching, lunging, or playing low.
  • Movement Efficiency Under Fatigue
    • Pickleball points don’t stop when you’re tired.

➡️ Every drill, progression, and movement pattern is designed specifically to improve how you actually move on the court. This is off-court performance training designed to make your on-court movement more effective, repeatable, and durable.

This Lab runs as a time-bound program, not a drop-in class.
