About This Event

Peak Burn 🔥 (Cardio Conditioning)

Peak Burn is built to push you, test your grit, and leave you drenched. Expect fast-paced, high-energy workouts driven primarily by bodyweight movements. Think jumps, sprints, core blasts, and nonstop transitions that keep your heart rate up and your mind locked in. We’re training your ability to move, recover, and go again and again. From time to time, we’ll mix in treadmills, bikes, and/or other cardio tools, to crank up the intensity and keep your body adapting. No two sessions feel the same, but every session delivers. Whether your goal is to burn fat, build endurance, or level up your conditioning, this class meets you where you are and pushes you past where you’ve been. Come ready to work. Leave knowing you gave everything.

*Peak Burn classes are FREE for Peak Performance & Fitness Members.
