Peak 360

Peak 360 is our all-in, no-shortcuts, full-body training experience designed to push you mentally and physically every single class. This isn’t just a workout; it’s a complete performance system.

Each session strategically rotates through all four zones:

  • Functional Movement – move better, build control, and stay injury-free
  • Strength & Power – lift heavy, move fast, and build real muscle
  • Cardio – elevate your engine and increase endurance
  • Sports Performance – develop speed, agility, coordination, and explosiveness

Every class is built to challenge your entire body from start to finish. You’ll lift, sprint, grind, and compete, often in the same session. Expect structured programming, purposeful intensity, and zero wasted time. This is for people who want to be pushed, who want to improve, and who are ready to work. If you’re looking to get stronger, move better, and perform at a higher level across the board, Peak 360 is where you do it.

*Peak Burn classes are FREE for Peak Performance & Fitness Members.
