This isn’t open play. It’s an hour of non-stop movement on the court.
Eric runs you through fast-paced formats built around continuous play. King/Queen rotations, one-point live-ball battles, up-the-court competition. You keep moving. There’s no standing around waiting for a game.
The pace is the point. Footwork keeps up or it doesn’t. That’s the workout.
Registration includes free open play 8:00–9:00 AM. Grab a court and keep going.
