About This Event

 

COR.E – Full Body Strength, Built from the Center

COR.E is a full-body training experience designed around one truth: if your core isn’t strong, nothing else performs the way it should.

This class trains your entire body, but everything is driven through core stability, control, and power. You’re not just working muscles; you’re learning how to connect them. Every week is structured for progression, so you’re building strength, not just chasing a sweat.

What to Expect (45 min):

  • Dynamic Warm-Up (5–7 min): Mobility, activation, and core engagement
  • Strength Block (12–15 min): Full-body lifts with a core-first focus (unilateral work, tempo control, stability under load)
  • Circuit Training (15–20 min): 4–6 stations combining strength, conditioning, and core integration
  • Finisher (5–7 min): High-intensity full-body work to challenge endurance and control under fatigue

Weekly Focus Rotates:

  • Lower Body + Core Integration
  • Upper Push + Core Control
  • Full Body Stability
  • Upper Pull + Core Strength
  • Total Body Core Burn
